tecnologici come Techdirt e IPtegrity e per primo dal magazine
tecnologico francese Numerama, la commissione Hadopi
incaricata di monitorare l’applicazione della controversa legge dei
«tre colpi e sei fuori» avrebbe già deciso come e quando colpire i
navigatori che tentano di scaricare canzoni, video, programmi o
file protetti da diritto d’autore senza pagarne le royalties. "
